Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled RN Charge Med Surg FT Nights to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you'll be responsible for coordinating functions and activities related to a single departmental function. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively implement change and manage departmental budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate scheduling efforts of the unit RNs
  • Act as liaison person to internal and external customers
  • Develop and implement plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements
  • Train and mentor staff
Requirements
  • Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Two years relevant clinical nursing experience
  • BSN preferred
  • Management experience with two years supervisory
  • Certification in specialty area of practice preferred
