Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in our fast-paced Med Surg Ortho Trauma unit. As a member of our team, you'll work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care planning, assess patient needs, and develop individualized care plans. Your expertise and dedication will be essential in delivering exceptional patient outcomes and exceeding our patients' expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in our Med Surg Ortho Trauma unit
  • Coordinate care planning with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to other healthcare employees as needed
  • Participate in hourly rounding and observe safety guidelines and safe work practices
Requirements
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
  • CPR certification
  • ACLS certification (as applicable by facility/departments)
  • Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience (or equivalent)
  • Preferred experience in acute care or CVICU/ICU
