Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Charge Med Surg FT Nights to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you'll be responsible for coordinating the functions and activities of a single departmental function, ensuring seamless care delivery and exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate scheduling efforts of unit RNs
  • Act as liaison person to internal and external customers
  • Develop and implement plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements
  • Train and mentor staff
Requirements
  • Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Two years relevant clinical nursing experience
  • BSN preferred
  • Management experience with two years supervisory
  • Certification in specialty area of practice preferred
