Branch Sales Manager

At Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, we're committed to fostering a culture that empowers our Branch Sales Managers to excel in their roles. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of experienced professionals who will provide the support needed for success.
Responsibilities- Recruit, hire, and train licensed mortgage loan originators and support staff.
- Ensure the origination of quality loans.
- Generate personal production, if applicable, and develop and maintain good relationships with established Realtor and customer bases.
- Exercise administrative control over the sales function for the branch as assigned.
- Assume a leadership role among Mortgage Loan Origination staff.
- Coach, motivate, and support Mortgage Loan Originators to ensure growth and profitability.
- Provide present and potential customers with a superior level of customer service.
- Responsible for developing new business and strengthening existing relationships by determining a prospect's needs and selling appropriate products.
- Maintain a working knowledge of federal, state, and local governments' and private investors' policies and guidelines.
- Maintain a strong familiarity with current trends in the real estate and mortgage banking industries as well as the company's operating policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain synergy with Operations and Secondary Marketing departments.
- Three years or more of management experience in mortgage sales preferred; operations background a plus.
- Minimum three years of related experience within the mortgage industry.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Proficient in MS Windows software.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics is preferred.
- Travel will be required.
