Client Service Manager

Job Title: Client Service Manager - Business & Professional
Banesco USA is seeking a Client Service Manager - Business & Professional for our East Doral Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee branch operations to ensure high-quality control and safety.
- Contribute to branch profitability through cost control, income generation, and marketing efforts.
- Capture deposits to achieve established goals.
- Complete requests from BSA, answer KYC, ECS, and RFI inquiries, and coordinate branch operations.
- Assist staff with balancing general ledger accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare operational reports and internal documents.
- Ensure compliance with security precautions and protect customer deposits, bank assets, and staff.
- Achieve satisfactory audits and quality control.
- Process NSF and overdraft transactions, holds, and stop payments.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Promote sales culture and cross-selling efforts.
- Train staff on policies and procedures.
- Provide support and coverage to other South Florida branches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Three years of experience in Retail banking and managerial roles.
- Advance computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organization, time-management, and prioritizing skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Advance knowledge of branch operations, terminology, and products and services.
- Selling and cross-selling techniques.
- Knowledge of related State and Federal banking compliance regulations and operational policies.
