Job Title: District Sales Manager

Acosta Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the telecom industry. As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth through door-to-door sales to small businesses in the telecommunications sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Set ambitious sales targets for your team and individual sales representatives.
  • Lead a regional team of sales professionals calling on local SMB units within prescribed regions.
  • Recruit, hire, train, develop, and coach an ambitious and results-driven team of sales professionals.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key decision-makers in small business accounts.

Requirements:

  • College degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in door-to-door sales within the telecom industry.
  • 1-3 years of B2B experience in direct sales.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality, persistent, and motivated to achieve targets.
  • Leadership experience in managing and fostering sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • $60,000 - $70,000 annual salary, plus $30,000 variable bonuses based on performance.
