Key Responsibilities:- Drive the entire sales process, including prospecting, lead management, proposal development, contract negotiations, and post-close contract implementation.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives, increase market share, and position Allied Universal's local presence and comprehensive solutions across diverse industries.
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify innovative business opportunities.
- Assess and report on sales cycle activity, pipeline development, and sales goal tracking through the use of CRM tools and ongoing communication with senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and marketing departments, as well as branch operational leadership, to learn about client needs, position Allied Universal's solutions, and deliver a seamless transition of trust with operational partners.
- Bachelor's degree with at least three years of outside sales experience in a Business-to-Business environment.
- Associate's degree with at least five years of outside sales experience in a Business-to-Business environment.
- High School diploma with at least fifteen years of outside sales experience in a Business-to-Business environment.
- Team-oriented sales professional with excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Award-winning hunter with a record of achieving sales excellence and a strong background in consultative selling techniques.
- Skilled at brand development using professional networks, local and national associations, and social media tools.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, oral and written, with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
- Proficient in web-based applications, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively plan cold calling, in-person client meetings, reporting, and goal achievement.
- Ability to travel throughout the territory, including some overnight travel.
- Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance.
- Enrollment in our company's 401(k) or Supplemental Income Plan, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days.
- Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
