Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee Intern, you'll be immersed in a variety of challenges that will help you develop your skills in management, customer service, and marketing. You'll work closely with our team to:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage a fleet of vehicles and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Build relationships with customers and coworkers to foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Participate in intern projects and engage in friendly competition with your peers

You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this internship, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be currently enrolled in a college/university in a bachelor's degree program
  • Be a current senior graduating in December 2025 or May 2026
  • Have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership
  • Have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 convicted moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
  • Not have any drug or alcohol-related violations on your driving record in the past 3 years
  • Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
  • Be available to work a full-time 40-hour schedule during the summer internship
