Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and managing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with building owners, property managers, real estate agents, brokers, and government procurement officials.
  • Identify sales opportunities and manage projects from start to finish, including government contracts.
  • Collaborate with our administrative staff and superintendents to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
  • Utilize industry-specific software, including takeoff software and Xactimate.
  • Efficiently use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Present our roofing solutions to potential clients and provide accurate quotes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in commercial roofing sales is required.
  • Proficiency in using takeoff software and Xactimate is a definite plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience in insurance restoration is a strong plus.
