As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through the sale of our innovative solutions within a designated geographic area. You will gain in-depth knowledge of our platforms, which include Land and Farm and LandWatch, while managing your own portfolio of clients and leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulating and implementing a comprehensive business strategy to enhance revenue from both existing clients and new prospects.
  • Articulating the value of our products and pricing, while also understanding competitive offerings to effectively communicate our solutions to clients.
  • Demonstrating the benefits of our products to potential clients through cold outreach, consultative selling, and presentations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client retention through regular visits, training, and onboarding of new customers.
  • Overseeing a sales pipeline, tracking activity metrics, and preparing monthly sales forecasts.
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 40% within your assigned territory.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years of successful sales experience managing a territory, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Experience in developing new business relationships and managing an existing client base.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and demonstrate responsible driving behavior.
