Position Summary
The role of Project Sales Representative is dedicated to the commercial HVAC sector. This position emphasizes the sale of HVAC machinery, such as large chillers, boilers, and air handlers, directly to property owners. You will manage an established portfolio of clients, with an annual sales target ranging from $1 million to $2 million, and there will be no cold calling required. Additionally, you will engage with business owners to provide insights on building automation aimed at boosting energy efficiency and optimizing capital investments. Your success will be gauged by your capacity to finalize agreements and maintain ongoing business relationships, particularly with existing clients.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the commercial HVAC domain.
- A proven history of successfully selling intricate HVAC systems (excluding residential or new construction).
- Exceptional skills in relationship management and a record of closing substantial deals.
- Preferred experience in roles such as Service Account Manager, Special Projects Consultant, or Industrial Sales.
- Knowledge of building automation systems and experience selling to commercial property managers, general managers, or business owners.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, based on experience.
- Uncapped commission structure with potential earnings of $200,000 in the first year.
- Monthly vehicle allowance.

- This is a full-time in-office role.
