Job Description

Sika, a global leader in the development and production of systems and products for commercial and residential construction, is seeking a Project Sales Representative for our Buildings & Parking business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets through effective account management and product promotion.
  • Develop and implement sales action plans for selected accounts, ensuring a high level of understanding and proficiency with current product offerings and market applications.
  • Ensure complete geographical coverage of assigned territory through an effective and efficient account base management system.
  • Communicate business information to internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Support company profitability by exercising good judgment in all business transactions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1 year sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Background in construction or a related industry.
  • Ability to act independently and carry out action plans.
  • Organized time management skills.
