Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven sales leader to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products and services to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to secure new clients and increase revenue
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, including relationship-building, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and performance
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions
