Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. This role involves servicing an established area in Springfield and the nearby regions, working with independent garages and new car dealerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding and developing new business relationships, presenting and promoting products/services to existing and prospective clients, and meeting sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective clients, using proven strategies and techniques to meet sales objectives.
- Reach out to client leads through cold calling and other sales initiatives.
- Meet with clients to address concerns and opportunities, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Forecast and report incoming business activity on a routine basis, staying informed about the latest products and product applications in our industry and organization.
- Coordinate client visits and arrange for product demonstrations as necessary.
- Create and conduct sales and general information presentations, ensuring current client satisfaction by responding quickly and accurately to problems, concerns or needs.
- Be accountable and aware of the financial activity within your book of business, collaborating with team members, manager, and other departments when necessary.
- Preferred BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Curious nature and willingness to be coached for improvement.
- Self-motivation to improve career and financial goals.
- Strong initiative and competitive nature.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Teams is a plus.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Attention to detail.

Total compensation package of $60,000 - $80,000, combining base pay and commission. Beyond the first year, there is ample opportunity for accelerated earnings through performance-based bonuses and increased commission structures.
