Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage ENTEC's technical resources and expertise to deliver value-added solutions to customers
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Outside sales experience with a strong emphasis on prospecting and business development
  • Strong work ethic and a burning desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Industry experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
  • Four-year degree in Business, Marketing, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively
  • Fluent in Microsoft applications and customer relationship management software, with Salesforce experience a plus
