Job Title: Territory/Outside Sales Representative

At Kaspar Companies, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory/Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and increasing sales of Bedrock Truck Beds and other manufactured products in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales plan that aligns with corporate objectives and attains sales goals.
  • Analyze customer needs and industry trends to plan sales activity and ensure business objectives are met.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with customers and sales channel partners.
  • Travel up to 80% of the time to meet with customers and attend trade shows.
  • Manage assigned accounts and territories within budget and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree and 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Established presence in the designated territory (CO, KS, NE, IA, MO, IL, MN, WI, ND, SD).
  • Valid driving record and willingness to use multiple travel methods.
Physical Requirements:
  • Extended periods of sitting and/or walking.
  • Stooping, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment:
  • Field sales-based with a home office and regular trips to the home office.
  • Occasional exposure to manufacturing environments with proper protective equipment.
