Territory Sales Representative

At Kaspar Companies, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory/Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and increasing sales of Bedrock Truck Beds and other manufactured products in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales plan that aligns with corporate objectives and attains sales goals.
- Analyze customer needs and industry trends to plan sales activity and ensure business objectives are met.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with customers and sales channel partners.
- Travel up to 80% of the time to meet with customers and attend trade shows.
- Manage assigned accounts and territories within budget and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Undergraduate degree and 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Established presence in the designated territory (CO, KS, NE, IA, MO, IL, MN, WI, ND, SD).
- Valid driving record and willingness to use multiple travel methods.
- Extended periods of sitting and/or walking.
- Stooping, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Field sales-based with a home office and regular trips to the home office.
- Occasional exposure to manufacturing environments with proper protective equipment.
