Your Contribution:
As a Senior CEW Sales Executive at Axon, you will play a pivotal role in promoting Axon TASER products and services to key law enforcement organizations. This position entails a quota-driven, external field role that requires the ability to communicate intricate solutions, foster and sustain high-level relationships, navigate through various customer departments, and guide the Axon team towards achieving success.

Your Responsibilities

Location: Remote work from the Central or Southwestern region of the United States. Candidates must reside within proximity to a major airport and be prepared to travel 60-70% of the time.

  • Drive revenue growth and enhance market share at assigned agencies to ensure customer satisfaction and fulfill Axon's strategic goals.
  • Establish and nurture client relationships to ultimately boost revenue.
  • Formulate and implement account strategies by collaborating with the account team to present compelling value propositions.
  • Foster customer relationships and guarantee effective service delivery to accounts.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction, understand their business and workflows, and develop a robust contact network within accounts.
  • Support the execution of strategies at the account level.
  • Collaborate with experts/specialists as necessary.
  • Oversee all activities related to accounts.
  • Responsible for forecasting, maintaining timely communication with accounts, gathering insights on competitor activities, and providing feedback to marketing.
  • Monitor customer interactions in internal systems to execute account strategies and identify additional opportunities.
  • May provide product training to customers as needed.
  • Accountable for managing individual expense budgets.
  • Own account relationships and drive overall customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of proven customer-facing sales experience managing complex processes.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a portfolio of major enterprise-level clients and consultative sales experience.
  • Experience with data management using Salesforce (preferred) or similar CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of Virtualization and Cloud technologies.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex solution offerings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 60% (2-3 days per week on the road), including potential overnight travel.
  • 2+ years of experience selling SaaS technologies is highly preferred.
  • Experience in startups and relevant industry verticals.
  • Background in Law Enforcement / Public Safety is highly preferred.
  • Team-oriented mindset: collaborate regularly with various team members.
  • Prepared to take ownership and drive the territory.

Benefits may vary based on the nature of your employment and your work location.

The compensation for this role includes uncapped commissions and a base salary that varies by geographic market. The On-Target Earnings (OTE) will be a combination of base salary and commission targets. Actual compensation will depend on various factors including experience, skills, and market demands.
