Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Nidec. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and exceeding sales objectives in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly sales objectives and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and develop long-term advertising relationships.
- Deliver value propositions to management, VP, and C-level business management.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through telephone, onsite, and web demonstrations.
- Implement sales and marketing tactics to meet or exceed assigned territory objectives.
- Act as a liaison between the business and customers, developing a team selling approach with pre-sales technical specialists and the customer support organization.
- Assist with partner recruitment, training, and ongoing support.
- Provide accurate and timely reports and forecasts.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- 7+ years of related experience.
- Experience working in a high-growth environment.
- Proven successful track record with annual quotas for the past five years.
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, closing, and managing skills.
- Successful candidates will have experience managing complex sales cycles.
- Good solution selling skills.
- Highly motivated and team-oriented.
