About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our Digital business line at Adyen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving impactful acquisition strategies and developing targeted marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for demand generation, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that generate sales-accepted opportunities.
  • Work closely with the commercial engine to align efforts, leverage insights, and ensure cohesive execution across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Manage end-to-end creation and execution of acquisition-focused webinars and content, including goal definition, material crafting, vendor selection, promotion, execution, follow-up, and analysis.
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and propose optimizations based on data.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a demand generation role with a focus on acquiring new customers.
  • B2B marketing experience and comfort with complex buying committees.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and/or SaaS industries.
  • Expertise in email marketing, ABM tools, Salesforce, and Marketo.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and optimization.
  • Proactive, self-starter who excels at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing diverse stakeholder needs.
