About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Enterprise Sales to lead our sales team in the Central Region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide sales training and coaching to sales team members to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and processes
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
