Job Description

Job Summary:

Tonic3 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize industry tools and networks to identify potential enterprise clients and develop a steady flow of sales-ready leads and opportunities.
  • Client Interaction and Relationship Building: Engage with high-level executives through strategic conversations, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions to build and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management: Initiate and drive strategic conversations with enterprise clients, aligning their needs with Tonic3's cutting-edge solutions, and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Onboarding and Client Success: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, setting the stage for long-term success, and address client feedback and needs proactively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Community Engagement and Continuous Learning: Represent Tonic3 at industry events and forums to enhance brand visibility and establish new connections, and stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years as an Account Executive or similar self-starting role, with a proven track record in enterprise/partner sales, particularly in self-prospecting, pipeline management, and closing large deals.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, resilience, and a strong passion for sales and technology.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience selling professional services or tech solutions, proficiency with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce, familiarity with lead generation tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Gong, and experience in prospecting within the enterprise sales space.
