Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Writer to join our team at Seneca Tank. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for receiving calls to the Service department, scheduling service work when appropriate, and recording project labor and materials in computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule service work and coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Record project labor and materials in computer systems and reconcile corresponding reports.
  • Bill customers for work performed and manage customer files.
  • Perform various administrative and clerical functions, including document transcription, scanning, and filing.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and enterprise resource planning software preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic arithmetic skills and ability to operate a computer and utilize software applications.
Working Conditions
