The Administrative Specialist will provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Assist with planning and coordinating events and meetings
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
- Work effectively in a team environment and be able to prioritize tasks
- Associate degree in office administration or a related field
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
