Junior Administrative Coordinator

This role offers a competitive hourly wage and is designed as a full-time, temp-to-hire position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate shipment coordination with clients and exporters
- Perform data entry tasks related to regulatory compliance
- Manage document processing and verification
- Oversee shipment tracking and updates
- Arrange transportation logistics with vendors
- Collaborate with the Warehouse team for incoming shipments
- Validate vendor invoices and process payments
- Prepare invoices for clients
- Conduct audits and maintain organized files
- Ensure the precision of all documentation
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is mandatory
- 2-4 years of higher education or equivalent relevant experience is highly advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Fundamental arithmetic skills
- Strong reasoning, decision-making, and time management capabilities
