ROLE OVERVIEW:
The successful candidate will serve as a vital link within our operations, acting as a proficient project coordinator with a solid background in commercial construction, particularly in electrical, fire, and HVAC systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform bookkeeping duties such as managing accounts payable, processing invoices, and reconciling financial statements.
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for project leaders and facilitate project-related communications.
- Assist in evaluating potential business partners.
- Maintain and update documentation related to business partnerships.
- Support executive management with various administrative tasks, including recruitment, marketing efforts, and inventory management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School diploma with additional training or education in a relevant field.
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years in an administrative role that includes bookkeeping responsibilities.
