REPORTS TO: Office Director

COMPENSATION: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour

The starting salary for a successful candidate will be determined based on relevant knowledge, skills, education, and experience. ROLE OVERVIEW:

As part of an EOS-driven organization, the ideal candidate will be a proficient project coordinator with a background in commercial construction, particularly in electrical, fire, and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable, invoicing, and credit card statement reconciliation.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for project superintendents and manage project invitations for project managers.
  • Assist in evaluating potential business partners.
  • Maintain and update documentation for business partners.
  • Support directors with various administrative tasks, including talent acquisition, marketing efforts, and office supply management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

You should possess strong attention to detail, excellent time management, interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (primarily Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), along with experience in accounting software.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A combination of education and experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities is acceptable.

Education: High School diploma with trade or college education in a related field.

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in a supportive office role with bookkeeping responsibilities.
