Job Overview:
This role involves the systematic evaluation of operational processes to ensure adherence to ISO and JSOX standards, internal protocols, and regulatory requirements, while also assessing the effectiveness of strategies aimed at achieving corporate goals as outlined in the Annual Audit Plan.


Key responsibilities include developing an audit checklist aligned with the audit scope, referencing company policies, international standards, and relevant regulations.


Maintain and enhance the database of Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and provide a monthly report detailing the progress of actions taken by the responsible departments.

Monitor, follow up, and verify the execution of agreed-upon action items.

Conduct special audits as directed by management.

Assist the Unit Head in the preparation and facilitation of IMS certification and surveillance audits.

Carry out random inspections and verifications of company assets, components, and materials designated for disposal as per the Disposal Committee's decisions.


Support the evaluation of JSOX Company Level Controls, Financial Closing Controls (FCC), Process Level Controls (PLC), and Information Technology General Controls (ITGC).


Identify potential issues in areas with weak controls, discuss with superiors, and seek guidance on appropriate actions.

Stay updated on internal auditing standards and ensure compliance.

Regularly report all audit-related activities to the immediate supervisor for effective monitoring and guidance.

Adhere to safety responsibilities and comply with all safety standards outlined in the Safety Manual.

Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Management Engineering, Accountancy, Information Management, or Economics.

Familiarity with Accounting and Business Systems.

Experience in auditing with SAP.

Understanding of JSOX controls and their implementation.

1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
