As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for:

  • Financial reporting and accounting
  • HR and payroll management
  • Account reconciliation and auditing
  • Cost accounting and cash flow projections

You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements
  • Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, and revenue recognition
  • Oversee and ensure accurate processing and recording of company's payroll
  • Conduct regular account reconciliation and auditing, identifying and resolving any discrepancies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting, HR, payroll, account reconciliation, auditing, and cost accounting
  • Experience in the agriculture and winery/wine industry is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
