About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing administrative activities for staff, ensuring efficient operations. This includes supply/inventory/equipment management, payroll, scheduling, and clinical/regulatory compliance, as well as refund/correspondence processing.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities of all offices, including supply management, payroll, scheduling, and clinical compliance.
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning layouts and equipment needs.
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure productive administrative operations.
  • Schedule and assign employees, monitor work results, and maintain employee records.
  • Analyze reports, summarize information, and identify trends to inform management decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required with 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in standard office software, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple assignments.

The estimated salary for this role is $68,104 per annum.
