We are seeking an experienced Office Administration Professional to join our team at Custom Staffing. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Job Description

You will be responsible for providing administrative support, including answering phone lines, providing customer service, editing/transcribing documents, data entry, creating reservations/scheduling, and utilizing appropriate logs and/or tracking software.

  • Oversight of confidential company information, including corporate credit card information, P-cards, employee and client distribution lists, prospective and current employee information, etc.
  • Assist in developing training plans and process maps for the administrative operation.
  • Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work.

Key Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 3 years administrative support experience in a professional organization, preferably in the legal or banking industry.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong keyboarding and typing skills.
  • Familiarity with other software programs for providing administrative support.

The estimated salary for this position is $30.00 per hour.
