About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Office Administrator to join our team at TEKsystems. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our corporate office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks: Manage office supplies inventory, place orders as necessary, and maintain accurate records.
  • Office Operations: Oversee office procedures, ensure organizational effectiveness, and coordinate activities.
  • Support Services: Assist with onboarding new hires, handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.
  • Event Planning: Organize and execute office events and activities, promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and solve problems independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Compensation and Schedule

This is a direct placement, permanent position with a salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, based on related experience. The schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
