Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated full-time Public Relations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at IMAGE PR. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in public relations and be prepared to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding the utmost confidentiality for high-profile clients. Strong communication and writing abilities are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor media coverage and compile press clippings for client distribution.
  • Manage Electronic Press Kits (EPKs) and client biographies.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Continuously update and maintain industry contacts and media lists.
  • Organize logistics for client photo shoots, press events, premieres, interviews, and public appearances, including travel arrangements.
  • Develop and oversee client schedules and itineraries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of full-time experience in an agency, studio, or entertainment setting is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with media monitoring tools such as Cision or Muckrack.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, networking, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong writing and proofreading capabilities.
  • Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
