Communications and Public Relations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

·Client Management: Collaborate closely with clients to design and execute strategic communication initiatives across various media channels, ensuring objectives are met and surpassed.

·Content Creation: Produce, compose, and refine diverse written materials to meet client needs.

·Digital Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies in line with industry best practices.

·Research Initiatives: Perform research for client projects and associated content requirements, as well as broader research efforts to bolster business development.

·Media Engagement: Craft and present compelling stories and press releases that align with client objectives and relevant campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Political Science, Public Policy, Media, or related fields.

·Prior experience in a similar role or internship.

·Proficient in utilizing technology to enhance workflow efficiency.

·Outstanding organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

·Exceptional skills in research, writing, storytelling, and editing.

·In-depth understanding of digital platforms and the digital marketing landscape.

·Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).

·Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

·Awareness of current trends in the industry.

·Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple projects effectively.

·Proficient in the Microsoft Suite of applications.

·Strong strategic thinker with a proven track record in problem-solving.

·Must be vaccinated and able to work on-site; this is not a remote position.
