Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive technical and analytical research to provide data-driven recommendations concerning communications services.
  • Draft detailed comments on utility applications and regulatory rulings.
  • Deliver presentations to stakeholders and senior management, and represent the Commission in diverse forums.
  • Collaborate with project teams to support policy development aimed at safeguarding the interests of California customers, particularly vulnerable populations.
  • Participate in inter-agency meetings and public discussions regarding utility rates and service issues.
  • Testify at hearings and assist in litigation strategies as required.
  • Prepare high-quality written materials including protests, testimonies, and analytical reports related to Commission proceedings.

Working Conditions
