Communications and Public Relations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

· Client Management: Collaborate closely with clients to create and execute strategic communication initiatives across various media platforms, ensuring objectives are met and surpassed.

· Content Creation: Produce, compose, and refine diverse written materials.

· Digital Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies adhering to industry best practices.

· Research: Perform research for client projects and related content requirements, as well as broader research initiatives to bolster business development.

· Media Engagement: Craft and pitch compelling stories and press releases that align with client objectives and pertinent campaigns.

Qualifications:

· A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Political Science, Public Policy, Media, or other relevant fields.

· Prior experience in a related role or internship.

· Proficient in utilizing various technologies to enhance workflow efficiency.

· Outstanding organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

· Exceptional skills in research, writing, storytelling, and editing.

· Comprehensive understanding of digital platforms and the digital marketing landscape.

· Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).

· Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong connections with clients and colleagues.

· Awareness of current trends in the industry.

· Capability to work autonomously and juggle multiple projects concurrently.

· Proficient in the Microsoft Suite of applications.

· Strong strategic thinker with a proven track record in problem-solving.

· Must be vaccinated and available for in-person work; this is not a remote position.
