About the Role

GSK is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Account Executive to join our team in the Southeast Florida/Georgia region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing immunization rates in retail pharmacies across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase vaccine sales in retail pharmacies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail pharmacy leaders and decision-makers to drive business growth and increase vaccine adoption.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate sales initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to retail pharmacy customers to drive business growth and increase vaccine sales.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, sales).
  • 5+ years of combined experience in vaccines or retail pharmaceutical sales, contracting, payer, or marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of vaccines, immunization practices, and retail pharmacy operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
