Job Description

Xplor is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team in Mobile, AL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners in the Southeast region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
  • Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
