Hospice Sales Account Executive

Job Summary
The Hospice Account Executive is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the healthcare market. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrators.
- Provide education and training on our services and products to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
