Clinical Transfer Coordinator

We offer a competitive estimated salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating direct admissions and hospital transfers to ensure timely access to care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate direct admissions and hospital transfers to appropriate facilities
- Manage all hospital transfers efficiently and effectively
- Consult with on-call physicians regarding patient care issues and concerns
- Collaborate with HCA facilities to manage internal and external patient movements and bed assignments
To succeed in this role, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program, a current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Virginia, and a minimum of 3 years acute care RN experience.
