About the Job

This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit during designated shifts. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will work closely with the management team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and contribute to departmental performance.

  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality care.
  • Participate in ongoing assessment of quality patient care services provided in the unit.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 60 months of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
