The Medical Care Coordinator role is an integral part of our healthcare team, providing direct patient care and support to patients and families. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each patient.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The LPN will be responsible for assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of those plans.

We are seeking experienced LPNs who possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and are able to adapt to changing situations. A minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care setting is required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions in a timely manner. A strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is also essential.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
