We are seeking a highly skilled and driven IT Sales Director to contribute to the growth of our IT consulting services at Providge Consulting.

Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, particularly in IT consulting, and be eager to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

This role is responsible for building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue through the development and execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue in IT consulting services.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing sales.
  • Work closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure alignment on client needs and service offerings.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts, and negotiate terms with clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our services.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on selling IT consulting services.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Strong understanding of IT consulting services, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and software development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
