Role Overview:
ClearPoint Health seeks an experienced Regional Sales Director to spearhead our expansion efforts in the MidAtlantic region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, cultivating lasting client relationships, and fostering a culture of innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with ClearPoint Health's mission and values.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, leveraging your expertise to drive business development initiatives across MD, VA, PA, NJ, and DE.
• Build robust relationships with consultant partners through strategic identification and comprehensive development initiatives.
• Execute sophisticated sales methodologies encompassing the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to successful closures.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance positioning and brand awareness, bringing innovative ideas to the forefront and working in tandem to convert leads into sales.

Requirements:
• Proven sales success in a growth-focused role within the self-funded/stop-loss/captive insurance space, with at least five years of experience.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative leadership style with a passion for building high-performance teams.
• Licensed to sell insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits:
ClearPoint Health offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including company-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits, flexible time off, home office allowance, and 12 paid holidays.
