Join Verkada's Sales Strategy and Operations Team

As a key member of our Sales Strategy and Operations team, you will play a vital role in driving the insights, operations, and strategy that enables Sales to run better, faster, and smarter. With a focus on driving business growth and improving sales efficiency, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, develop and execute sales strategies, and analyze data to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales efficiency
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales enablement programs
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales, sales operations, or strategy
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with Salesforce and Google Sheets/Excel is a plus
