Sales Strategy and Operations Manager

As a key member of our Sales Strategy and Operations team, you will play a vital role in driving the insights, operations, and strategy that enables Sales to run better, faster, and smarter. With a focus on driving business growth and improving sales efficiency, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, develop and execute sales strategies, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales efficiency
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive sales performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales enablement programs
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform business decisions
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales, sales operations, or strategy
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with Salesforce and Google Sheets/Excel is a plus
