About the Role

Snowflake Computing is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Sales Strategy Manager, Sales Performance to drive business growth and expansion. As a key member of the Sales Strategy & Business Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the company's go-to-market strategy and operating plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business reviews and reporting to provide insights into global and regional sales performance to leadership and executive teams.
  • Monitor new customer acquisition trends against plan and highlight areas of opportunity through the entire sales funnel.
  • Identify ways to support growth strategy for existing customers, including strategic account reviews, product/use case mix analysis, customer segmentation, and sales productivity.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and operations leadership to formulate and communicate overall go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of professional experience with a core focus in GTM strategy, planning, and operations; strategy consulting background and high growth enterprise software, platform, and/or IaaS industry experience highly preferred.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Understanding of core business processes in a B2B technology environment.
