Job Summary

Verkada is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Strategy and Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Strategy and Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business insights, operations, and strategy that enables Sales to run better, faster, and smarter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain ongoing and ad hoc reporting for weekly and quarterly business reviews, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and implement improvements in current workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and visibility.
  • Design and implement sales enablement programs and content to support new hires and track effectiveness metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, ops, product, finance, and more to troubleshoot systems issues, review insights, and build future-state processes and systems.
Requirements
  • High-impact self-starter with strong analytical skills and ability to operate with minimal guidance.
  • Raw smarts with ability to solve complex problems start to finish.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to connect with sales reps and hardware engineers alike.
  • Flexibility and hustle with ability to manage change and ambiguity well.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in consulting, banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or a startup.
