Senior Customer Success Leader – Financial Technology

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Leader in the Financial Technology sector to become a vital part of our team at Nasdaq. In this pivotal role within our Customer Success Management practice, you will be tasked with delivering outstanding services and enhancing overall client satisfaction. Your strategic insights will be essential in empowering the global financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients to provide value, ensure satisfaction, and identify avenues for growth.
  • Coordinate services and initiatives to align with client strategies and effectively resolve issues.
  • Engage collaboratively with Sales, Customer Delivery, Customer Support, and Engineering teams.
  • Facilitate business reviews and executive discussions to monitor projects and explore new opportunities.
  • Drive measurable enhancements in client satisfaction while understanding client objectives.
  • Establish robust relationships with key stakeholders to ensure success and promote upsell opportunities.
  • Proactively identify methods to improve services offered by the Customer Success team.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services within Consulting or SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with Customer Success tools such as Salesforce, Planhat, Gainsight, etc.
  • Degree level education or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong service orientation.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycles and business acumen.
  • Self-driven, accountable, and goal-oriented.
