Client Success Leader

Nationstaff is seeking a Client Success Leader to join our dynamic team and foster enduring partnerships with our esteemed clients. As an integral member of our Customer Success division, you will be pivotal in guaranteeing that our clients receive outstanding support and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and cultivate relationships with significant clients, offering strategic support and insights
  • Collaborate with the Client Implementation team to improve the onboarding experience for customers
  • Become proficient in our platform's value proposition and inform clients about its advantages
  • Work in tandem with Sales and Product teams to provide an exceptional client journey
  • Represent clients within the organization, ensuring their needs and feedback are acknowledged and acted upon
  • Design tailored success strategies for clients, concentrating on maximizing the benefits they derive from our services

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience in a client-facing position, ideally within a SaaS context
  • Previous experience in FinTech or Capital Markets is advantageous
  • Proven ability to collect and relay client feedback effectively
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is desirable
  • Demonstrated success in driving product adoption and illustrating its business value
  • Enthusiastic about alternative assets and technology
