Role Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the customer experience and cultivating meaningful relationships within your designated portfolio in a high-touch, senior capacity.

In this trusted advisory position, you will engage with law enforcement agencies, police departments, and government organizations, providing strategic insights and support to executives, training junior government personnel, and proactively delivering value to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the customer journey and foster impactful relationships.

  • Deliver ongoing value and insights to clients.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, strategic consulting, or related fields.
  • Professional background in the public safety sector.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong digital and technical proficiency, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
