Role Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the customer experience and fostering meaningful relationships within your designated portfolio in a high-touch, senior capacity.

In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor to law enforcement agencies, police departments, and governmental organizations, providing strategic insights and support to executives, facilitating training for junior staff, and proactively delivering value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, strategic consulting, or related fields.
  • Experience within the public safety sector is essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to simplify complex products for diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
